These healthy No Bake Energy Balls are made with wholesome ingredients and are great to snack on! Made without refined sugar, they take only 5 minutes to make and are the perfect solution for an afternoon pick me up!

No Bake Energy Balls

A quick and delicious solution for an afternoon pick me up! These energy balls are made with wholesome ingredients, and can be made in just 5 minutes!

Servings: 16 balls

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup medjool dates, pitted & soaked for a few minutes
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • Other optional mix ins: chocolate chips, chia seeds, flax seeds, pure maple syrup for more sweetness, nuts, etc.

Instructions

  • Process rolled oats in a food processor until it resembles a fine flour.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and pulse until the mixture forms a dough. If using other mix ins, fold in now.
  • Shape in rounded tablespoons. If desired, dust in cacao powder, matcha powder, shredded coconut, crushed nuts, etc.
  • Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks, or longer in freezer.

Notes

These energy balls are freezer friendly and can keep well in the freezer for up to 6 months.
