1/2cupraw cashews
2 tbspnutritional yeast
1/2tspsea salt
1/4tspmushroom powdersee note
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor, and pulse until mixture resembles a fine powder.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Mushroom Powder: I like using Takii Umami Powder in my recipes, and it works perfectly in this vegan parmesan!You can also make your own mushroom powder by pulsing dried porcini mushrooms into a fine powder.
